Terms of Service

By placing an order with Infinity Creations Studio, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Custom Products

Many of our products are handmade and made to order. Customers are responsible for checking all selections, colours, names, designs and custom details before placing an order.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Due to the personalised nature of custom products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please Allow up to 30days for your product to be made.

This processing timeframe does not include postage or delivery time.

Orders selected to be made during our TikTok LIVE may take longer depending on the live queue. Customers may choose to have their order made off live, which may allow it to be completed sooner.

Handmade Products

As our products are handmade, slight differences in colour, glitter placement, solution movement, wrap positioning and finishing may occur.

These small variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not automatically considered faults.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the postal or courier provider and may be outside our control.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can investigate the issue and possibly assist with lodging a claim with the courier provider. We are not liable once it leaves our hands.

Returns & Faulty Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on custom or personalised products.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. please contact us so we can assess the issue.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided.

Damage caused by misuse, dropping, incorrect cleaning, excessive heat, neglect or failure to follow care instructions may not be considered a manufacturing fault.
