Refund policy

At Infinity Creations Studio, many of our products are handmade, personalised or made specifically for each customer.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes situations where you:

  • Change your mind after ordering
  • Select the wrong size, colour, wrap or solution
  • No longer want the item
  • Find a similar item elsewhere
  • Decide you do not like your selected design after receiving it

Please carefully check your order before completing checkout.

Custom & Personalised Products

Customised and personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged simply because you change your mind.

Once production has started, custom orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, colours, styles, wrap choices and other customisation details before submitting their order.

Incorrect Items

If we have accidentally sent you the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • Photographs of the item received
  • A brief explanation of the issue

We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate solution.

Faulty Products

If there is any issues with your order, Please contact us within 24hours of receiving your order, Anything outside this time frame will result in no refunds or replacements.

Items That Have Been Used or Damaged

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement where a problem was caused by misuse, accidental damage, failure to follow care instructions or normal wear and tear.

What Is Not Generally Considered a Fault?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following will not generally be considered defects:

  • Slight glitter placement differences
  • Minor colour variations
  • Small differences between handmade items
  • Slight variations in patterns or positioning
  • Colours appearing differently on different screens
  • Normal handmade characteristics that do not affect the use of the product
  • Air bubbles over long periods of time.
  • Young Children Shaking the cup causing solution to mix incorrectly.

Accidental Damage

We cannot provide a remedy for damage caused by circumstances such as:

  • Dropping the item
  • Misuse
  • Incorrect washing or cleaning
  • Putting an item in a dishwasher when it is not dishwasher safe
  • Exposure to excessive heat
  • Failure to follow care instructions
  • General wear and tear
  • Young Children Shaking the cup causing solution to mix incorrectly.

Assessment

We may ask you to return the item for assessment before providing a remedy.
