Watch Your Tumbler Being Made LIVE!

When placing your custom tumbler order, you can choose whether you’d like to watch your tumbler being made on our TikTok LIVE or have it created off live.

If you choose the TikTok LIVE option, your order will be added to our live queue. We’ll call out your order number when it’s your turn so you can watch your custom tumbler come to life!

Please keep in mind that choosing the LIVE option may result in a longer processing time, depending on how many orders are waiting in the live queue. We’ll always do our best to work through orders as quickly as possible.

If you’re happy for your tumbler to be made off live, your order may be completed sooner as we can work on it outside of our scheduled TikTok Lives.

We understand that you may not always be available to join us live. If your order has been called out across 3 TikTok Lives and you haven’t been able to join us, we’ll go ahead and create your tumbler off live so we can get your order finished, packed and sent out to you as soon as possible.
